Ministry to Homebound

Our purpose is to feed, heal, engage, and empower homebound parishioners in parish life.

• Bring Eucharist to homebound parishioners unable to go to church.
• Visit and provide companionship
• Drive to church, grocery, appointments
• Provide brief respite for family/caregivers
• Refer to other ministries or social services as needs arise
• Keep Pastoral Associate informed of parishioners well being

 
To become a part of this ministry or/and If you or a loved one is in need of home visits for Eucharist, prayer, or compansionship
